The traditional low-voltage series reactor has the shortpart of high temperature rise during operation,
high loss and big noise, especially in the circumstances where the harmonics component is high.
To solve this problem, we have developed and designed a low-power reactor with new materials and new processes.
The reactor uses new materials like magnetic powder core and new technologies, which can effectively
solve the shortcomings of high reactor temperature rise and big noise, and it's promising in the
application in reactive power compensation and filtering handling fields.
Main Technical Characteristics:
- Made of high-frequency magnetic powder core, distributed air gap, with the characteristics of no eddy current loss, low vortex length, good heat dissipation, and soft magnetic saturation, showing the good superposition performance.
- The low-power reactor has low temperature rise of less than 20K;
- The low-power reactor has little running noise;
- The conductor has good heat dissipation as being exposed, with simple structure convenient for installation, small size and light weight.
Main Technical Parameters:
- Supporting capacitor voltage: 0.4kV, 0.45kV, 0.48kV, 0.525kV, 0.66kV;
- Insulation class: F;
- Temperature rise: ≤20K;
- Reactor noise: ≤45dB;
- Overload capability: continuously run under ≤ 1.35 times of load
- The difference of reactance value between any two phases of the three-phase reactor is no more than ± 5%.
